The balance beam is incredibly well-made and designed. The handles are solid and look beautiful. My beautiful Alexandrine has no trouble gripping the perch which is a huge deal because he's missing part of his foot so he has issues with falling. I'm using the balance beam in the front door of the cage to help coax my fearful little rescue boy out of his cage without falling. This is going to be a huge help. And the way it's built it's going to last forever!

I love the the thickness of these disks, my cockatoo loves them.and keeps him busy, parrots 4 patriots are so good to work with, I ordered them and received them in just a couple of days, thank you Chris you are your team are amazing 👏

Chris was so kind to me when I found a lost parakeet, and helped me get everything I needed to care for it while searching for its owners. He runs a great rescue and clearly cares deeply for the birds.

We talked to parrots for patriots about an African Gray we drove over 200 miles to get there and we stayed for 2 days And found out all about the African Gray we come back on the 2nd day and decided to adopt him Chris was so knowledgeable he helped us understand some things that we did not know They give you care packages . We got a new cage and brought the African Gray home He is everything that my wife and I wanted he's falling in with our family I would highly recommend Chris and Parrots for patriots. Also we had forgotten one of our care boxes and the bird's main toys and Chris is sending it to us that's how great this guy is highly highly recommend.

Chris is an amazing person who went above and beyond during the most difficult decision we've had to make. Due to health and living circumstances, we had to surrender our 3 parrots, all of whom have been part of our family for more than 20 years.

Within 2 hours of contacting him, he went above and beyond anything we expected.

Even after surrendering our birds he kept in constant contact and made sure any/all questions we had were answered with compassion.

Upon meeting with Chris, he instantly felt like a friend. The compassion he shows to people and especially the birds is something we've not seen in a very long time. He has helped restore our faith in humanity.

Just adopted from Parrots for Patriots, was a great experience. Chris is very passionate about the birds, very knowledgeable and wow the extra food and supplies will definitely help our new bird acclimate to our home.

With the amazing help and detailed application process Chris has, Dusty has found a new forever home. We have had a cockatoo for 5 years and we’re so blessed to provide a great home for another one. Chris is a funny guy and very passionate about what he does ❤️ also very honest and truly wants birds to be paired with the right owner! Dusty is everything his profile says he is and we are so in love with him. I already have it all put away but I can’t not say enough about how much Chris includes to go home with your bird, it is more than impressive and well worth the adoption fee which for an exotic bird is more than a good deal!

Patriots for Patriots goes above and beyond for the birds they rescue. I love how informative,cautious, caring and diligently they take steps to make sure the birds are going to safe happy homes. Chris made sure we were set up for success for our first month at home with our new family members. They set us up with books, food, treats, toys, the right size cages and much more. We couldn’t have picked a better place to go. Robin and Tango are so happy with their tree and toys. Definitely recommend!

I adopted an African Grey, and he’s incredibly tame, loving, and intelligent. From the very first day, I was able to hold him, and during our journey home, he was already engaging with us by talking and laughing. He adjusted to our home right away—he even flies around but always waits for me at the kitchen island to pick him up. Such a well-behaved and sweet bird!

Just got back from Parrots for patriots. I picked up Eddie my yellow headed amazon . Chris is the owner and an amazing person who loves his birds. Chris showed me around his compound and my Jaw dropped. It is incredible. The toys he makes are better than anything I have ordered off Amazon or other Pet toy websites. The birds are so well taken care of and I will be ordering all my sticks and toys from Parrot for Patriots.

Parrots for Patriots is a wonderful organization which rescues birds, provides shelter and finds them new permanent homes. 2 days ago, I brought home this beautiful harlequin macaw to be the new member of our family. Chris was great! Along with the parrot, Harley, he provided a cage, a t-stand, a lot of food, educational books, and parrot toys. We were provided with everything we needed to help Harley start out his new life with success. We are very grateful to Chris for his hospitality and his great advice.

Chris and I have been talking for about three weeks maybe a little bit longer. I was supposed to come up and get Chevy oh maybe 3 1/2 weeks ago. But Chris got very sick, and then I got very busy to go up north. I finally made it up last Sunday and was introduced to Chevy. And African Grey Parrot, when we were introduced, he was very friendly. He stepped up to my fingers very freely. It was nice. I didn’t expect him to be so heavy. He’s a very lovely bird and he talks very much. He loves saying where is the squirrel. He does sing jingle flamingo and it’s so funny to listen to him sing it. By the time we laughed Sunday I got home about 8:30. Set up his cage and it took him about 30 minutes to come out and start climbing up his cage. He went in right away. The next day we talked quite a bit after I got home from work. He’s very curious as he analyze you very carefully. He starts talking to you once you start getting very close. Are you come in the room. His vocabulary is fantastic. He stepped on my finger. If we walked around the house maybe we got too far cause he was kind of nervous when we were going down the hall. So we went back to the cage and I let him back in. He was very comfortable and at ease. The next day I let him out for an hour maybe two hours, he really didn’t wanna go back into the cage. It was hard for him to step on my fingers, but after a while, he decided that he would come and step up. he listens to you very intense, as we are both still getting adjusted to each other. It’s been a pleasure having him here at home. I’d like to thank Chris for letting me adopt him. He is a very wonderful parrot, I love the way he says his name too, he also burps it is so funny and he is copying my voice already. It is so funny. And it is a treat to hear him mimic my voice. This list can go on. It’s just a great gift to have them here at home. But it is a lot of work but very enjoyable. Today he let me scratch him on the head and it was a for a long time he enjoyed it. The work that Chris and his crew do every day is so amazing and how easy the birds are with his crew. They treat them very lovely and the birds have so much respect for them, I could see the affection that his cruz have for the bird this is not a easy task with a spend so much time with them and if they ever need my help, I would readily go up there to help them because they helped me when they introduced to me to Chevy. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Chris (birdman). It was refreshing to see the passion he holds for his parrots. I have a difficult schedule and Chris was able to accommodate our later meet. He took his time and educated us and answered all our questions. His care package was amazing!! Honestly, his low adoption fee doesn’t even cover all the things he sets you up with. He was so generous. He’s always available, he follows up. He really just wants the best for his birds and for them to be rehomed successfully. I highly recommend, this man is a blessing to the community. Meet our new member of the family :)
