Refund policy

 

We want you to feel good about every purchase you make with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Refunds will be granted if the product is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds may be issued as store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase.

To be eligible for a return:
• All returned merchandise must be in its original, unaltered condition and include all manufacturer accessories.

• Customers are responsible for shipping items to our returns department at:

• Please use a shipping carrier that provides tracking and proof of delivery. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
• Returns sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.

Additional details:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Items returned as defective that are found not to have a verified defect may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%–20%, along with applicable shipping and handling charges for return shipment. Alternatively, we may offer a store credit.
