Our Manzanita Cage Perches now include a set of Safety Bolt End Caps, designed to cover exposed bolt ends and help reduce the risk of accidental scratches when reaching around, cleaning, or walking near your bird's cage.
We know how easy it can be to accidentally brush against an exposed cage bolt. These protruding metal ends can cause uncomfortable scratches or minor cuts, particularly when working in tight spaces around your bird's cage.
While even minor scratches can become infected if bacteria enter broken skin, our Safety Bolt End Caps provide an additional protective barrier by covering the exposed ends of the bolts.

Our Safety Bolt End Caps are designed to fit 3/8-inch bolts, the standard size used on approximately 98% of our Manzanita Cage Perches and all of our Therapy Perches.
